The customer wanted to make the back yard more functional.  The back yard was on a hill, so it was not very accessible.  The fence had deterioted over time and there was no way to get to the except via the garage.

Work completed:

Added stairs from top floor to backyard.

Leveled out the yard by breaking the backyard into multiple layers

Concrete work to divide up the backyard and concrete stair case

Built fence around yard

Added balcony from top floor
